FREQUENTLY ASKED PIERCING QUESTIONS

Got questions? We got answers.

Pain levels vary depending on the individual and the specific piercing. Most people describe the sensation as a quick pinch or sting. Our experienced piercers work efficiently to minimise discomfort and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

As professional piercers, we are not legally allowed to administer anesthetics or numbing agents. However, over-the-counter numbing creams are available for personal use, and you may choose to apply one before your appointment.

Please be aware that these creams are used at your own risk and can sometimes affect the piercing process or healing. We recommend discussing this with your piercer during your consultation to ensure the best outcome for your piercing.

While we do accept walk-ins when availability allows, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to secure your spot and avoid waiting. You can easily book an appointment through our online booking system.

We only use needles for all of our piercings. Needles are far safer, more precise, and less traumatic to the tissue compared to piercing guns. Our needles are single-use and completely sterile to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

For initial piercings, we require the use of our high-quality, sterilised jewellery to ensure safety and proper healing. If you have existing jewellery you'd like to use later, we recommend discussing it with your piercer after the initial healing period.

The cost of a piercing depends entirely on the jewellery you choose. We offer a wide range of options, from plain polished titanium to 14k and 18k gold and even some diamond pieces, ensuring there’s something for every budget. Currently, we do not charge a separate piercing fee, so the price you pay will only reflect your jewellery selection. This allows you to tailor the experience to your personal style and budget.
